Employment & Financial Services

Adrianna Kessler is an Assistant Director overseeing the largest division at Kern County Human Services-  Employment and Financial Services (E&FS), which includes public assistance programs: General Assistance, CalFresh, CalWORKs, and Welfare to Work.  She began working for Kern County Human Services in 1990 and has worked as a Human Services Technician, Human Services Supervisor, Human Services Assistant Program Director, Human Services Program Director and Senior Human Resources Manager. 

Mrs. Kessler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science from California State University, Bakersfield.
